New Customer Ticketing System

Brighter Bills have implemented a new ticketing system, to help customers track new orders and faults.

An automated email will now be sent every time an issue is raised by a customer, thus enhancing the customer experience by providing clear information regarding their order.  This system is part of Microsoft’s Dynamic CRM package which Brighter Bills, being accredited by Microsoft is able to install and help with set up through its in house IT support engineers.  Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a powerful customer relationship software package, which out of the box focuses mainly on handling sales, marketing and help desk requirements.
